In training, we have a lot of focus on intensity control. We started just using heartbeat monitors,

but now it's power meters in cycling, in running, it's a lot of lactate testing and measurement.

and it is clear from talking with Adil that they do things quite differently from a lot of other countries might do and federations and the elite athletes on the draft legal scene and the Olympic cycles, etc.
