I good afternoon everybody Sunday here and we're gonna do something a little bit different than what we had

0:06.6

I'm gonna say the 15 and 60 for tomorrow because it didn't have quite enough time to get the level of research that we wanted to do for you

0:13.2

So instead what we're gonna do is look at something that came to the fore last year around this time

0:18.5

That's better an extension can you recall that last year before the trade deadline

0:22.7

Luliams was assumed to be a trade candidate with the Clippers ended up signing an extension now

0:27.8

He's that remained with the Clippers since then and there are a lot of pretty interesting candidates around the NBA

They cannot sign extensions once the season starts

1:25.9

So the players that are still left are veterans guys that are not on rookie scale contracts that are extension eligible meaning

1:38.8

Agents at the end of this season so a good example that is Spencer Tinwoody who's already signed an extension

1:44.0

So he was on a three-year contract he had decided he signed on the I believe was the second anniversary signed a couple days after that

1:51.1

That's when he was eligible and because it was a three-year contract he was eligible to to resign with the nets and then

1:57.9

The money part of this is important too. So there are two numbers to consider
