What's up everybody? Welcome into the next Pat's podcast. I'm Phil Perry. Fantastic episode for you today because once again we are back at it with the rankings.

And today, not only are we ranking protection units across the NFL, but we're also going to combine all of our rankings.

And we're going to put together a score for each of the 32 teams across the NFL to quantify which teams have given their quarterbacks the best ecosystem, the best situation for them to succeed all the way

from 1 to 32.

First we'll do the offensive line, then we'll do the overall.

But this, of course, is a continuation of our three P's series.

We're borrowing from our buddies, Daniel Jeremiah, Bucky Brooks, excuse me, both friends of the podcast, do a great job on the Move the Sticks podcast and all things, really, for NFL media.

But when they talk about young quarterbacks and what it takes for young quarterbacks to succeed for years, they've talked about the three P's.

Playmakers, play callers, and protection.

So we've already in two previous podcasts, if you haven't already listened or watched those, for the playmaker rankings.

We had the Patriots actually just about at the bottom of the league.

They ranked 31st.

It's my list.

Okay?

It's subjective.

I understand.

I tried to lay out my reasoning.

I have some concerns. I have serious questions about how much Stefan Diggs will be able to give them.

Really, that ranking could end up going through the roof, relatively speaking, through the roof for them.

If he ends up performing and meeting the, I think think really high expectations that some people in the media some people in the fan base have for digs but

if he performs like others who are coming off that injury playing that position at his age

that group of weapons in terms of the sheer talent there probably deserves to be ranked
