Yeah, so I would say just really starting at a young age. I just kind of had, I was very interested in investing in the stock market. I remember I used to watch Jim Kramer's Mad Money,

if you've seen that show, my grandfather.

And my grandfather was a successful investor.

And so kind of at a young age, it just really piqued my interest.

And so, you know, as I, you know, grew up, I went to college, and once I graduated from college,

you know, I have a father who is, you know, fortunate enough that he's very supportive of me,

and we basically went in on a condo together, and he gave me the opportunity to build some equity in a real estate asset and

that's kind of that was my first exposure to real estate investing you were living in that condo

and then you rented out some rooms right correct yeah it was a three-bedroom three-bass condo
