How did you first get interested in owning rental properties?

I inherited this Sunday school of elderly people who, from a realtor that moved out of state

and said, can you handle them?

And I said, sure.

And so I saw these people in their 60s, you know, buying real estate. And I asked myself,

you know, they're doing really, really well. These are the true millionaire next door people

because they were all, you know, kind of blue collar. And in the meantime, of course, I had my wife

and I at the time, I had been doing a lot of fix and flips.
