There's so many heartbreaking things about this crisis.

And so in a way, this is like a marginal concern,

like who gives a shit.

But one of the things that does make me sad

is like I feel like comedy's gonna be one of the hardest hit

forms of entertainment and industries

because the audience is such an integral part.

Yeah, I mean, it's really sad because, you know,

a lot of comedy clubs throughout the country

were probably struggling a little bit anyway

and I don't know if all of them will come back.

And of course you need people to have disposable income

to even come to the show.

And you know, purse strings might be a little tight

for a bit.

That's why again, big fan of the universal basic income.

Just have a little bit of disposable money.

Do it for the comics.

Yeah.

If the alleviation of human misery was not enough,

like do it for the comedy club in Tucson.

Yeah, do it so they can go to bananas.
