Dr. Berg talks about popcorn and how many crabs are in popcorn.
Its not about the calories, it's about the carbs. In 1 ounce (28 grams) which is two and a half cups, there is 22 grams of carbs. If we minus the fiber, we get 18 grams, which sill easily eat up your allowed carb level for the day. Also the glycemic index is higher than we want making it turn into sugar faster that other foods.
