that Greg has been I guess leaving for me that is sort of related to my expertise I guess and so that's kind of the

plan for this particular show so we have some we can just jump right in here and get started the first question is a question from from

Randy about the Quran so So let's hear that question here.

I've been studying the manuscript evidence for the New Testament

and oftentimes comparisons are made to other great

work from that era and the comparison of the relatively low a number of copies of manuscripts that were that I guess we have

compared to the New Testament which has a huge number 5800 and last count roughly.

I was wondering if you've ever heard or huge number, 5800, and last count roughly.

I was wondering if you've ever heard or seen a number for manuscript evidence for other holy

books like the Quran.

I was asked this by somebody that was going to a lesson to about it. I had not ever seen a number for the Quran. I just wanted if you've seen one and you know, hopefully hopefully would be relatively low or not even exist and thank you very much

I guess the answer depends a little bit upon how you define ancient and how you define copies of the

Quran. So in other words if you're just simply referring to manuscripts of the Quran that are within, let's say the first 100 years or so, then I'm not

an expert in the manuscript evidence for this, but I would say there's probably about a

handful of manuscripts that they the manuscript

for this but I would say there's probably about a handful of manuscripts that date back to within
