You are in laundromats, so that's a super niche industry.

So tell us how many mats do you own, what's the revenue look like, and then we'll break it down

into how you got into the asset class in general, and then how you scale it, because it's

two different types of monsters that we need to tackle.

Absolutely.

Our third generation laundromat owner was given an opportunity and grab that opportunity by the cahoonas, if you will, and have squeezed the life out of the lemon and continue to do.

And now I'm able to help others.

But I own 38 laundromats today. In our family, we have close to 90 laundromats with the different entities.

Me and my brother owned the largest of those, which has 38 units.

We did five this past year, and five's been our average over the last decade.

We did sell some to family members, so I built out about 50 over the last decade myself.

So general contractor, we do the contracting of these of these builds.

We DIY pretty much everything. As far as revenue, the laundromat industry averages each unit.

The 30,000 across America average about $140,000 in revenue and next to nothing in profit.

But that's because they haven't,

they're zombie mats. So they haven't properly prioritized their customers. They haven't

properly equipped their facilities. So what we did is we made this our full-time thing.

Most people own some real estate or are a lawyer that has one laundry on the side and they just

collect the cash, they never report

things.
