I don't know what I'm doing and I don't have capital.

What's some advice that you normally give?

You're looking for the right deal.

I've bought the wrong business before and I'm still feeling the repercussions of that.

Spend your time early on building a network of people.

Find people that are doing this that are a few steps ahead of you

because that's where you find your partners, that's where you find where you're going to,

like the networking piece is really important. One thing that like no one's going to really

teach you or when you're dealing with the seller, call third parties to verify like what the

business is like knows or where you get your red flags or yellow flags or you're just more ready

for what you're walking into. We took on $700,000 of investment.

And how long did it take us?

A week and a half.

Yeah.

And we raised all of that within Action Academy.

We never posted publicly.

We picked up the phone and we called people.

The thing about small businesses, you only have to be right once.

You need one good deal.
