You know what I've been thinking about this week?

Quite a lot.

As I sit on one of my terrace chairs,

looking at the view, seeing all the brand new buildings that keep being erected here in Miami,

seeing all of the progress, the change, the shifts.

You know, it is an incredible time to be alive, isn't it?

Would you rather be alive any other time than now? I know the world and the news will have you believe

that it's all bad and its doomsday and look out, but think about it. Things that used to kill our ancestors, viruses, diseases. We are

safe from them now. Our lifespans are longer. Think of all other medical advancements that have happened

in just the last 100 years. And 100 years in history is a blip, right? It's nothing. Think about what technology has allowed us to do.

Global connectivity.

Depending on your age, you'll remember that you used to have to go to a library, get a book, get an

encyclopedia to get information.

If you wanted to call someone in a different country, it was expensive. You kept your

calls to two or three minutes of essential information sharing because long distance calls were so pricey.

I mean there are so many ways that we can go with this right there has been so much change

so many positive shifts during our lifetime and I think wow

Do we ever just sit and marvel and appreciate how far we've come and how blessed we are to be alive now what we have access to who we have access to?

You know there's a quote from Seth Godin that I love because you've probably heard me say this before if you're a listener of the podcast or if you've read my books.

There has never been an easier or better time in history too to be an entrepreneur.
