question is how long should my workout be and people ask this a ton And I think a lot of times people think more is better.

And I think honestly, when you really look at life, and I'm going to take this in a

completely different direction, less is almost always better.

Less is almost always less stressful.

Less is almost always more flexible, more freeing, and it allows you

to do a magnitude of other things. And I mean this in terms of material stuff and stress and pain

Now obviously, you know, some people say more money, more problems and sometimes that is admittedly true. And I think if you guys have ever went from being broke to having money,

I think it just depends but there is always negative effects of of more and I think we grow up
