You know me by now. What the podcast is about is not only what the podcast is about - it’s always about something more. When I first learned about the psychology of “projection” it slapped me in the face like a 150mph tennis serve from Roger Federer. The idea intrigued me so much that I had to dive in deep. And I’m glad I did, because since then it has transformed the way I look at other people. Whether it’s hiring new members of a team, or just meeting new people with whom you’re thinking of starting a new relationship, this insight into the human psyche pays dividends in so many ways. On today’s show I’m going to tell you about the times in my life where projection has played a pivotal role in crucial decisions I’ve had to make about people.
