He's been very, very prone to estrogenic side effects, his entire, you know, let's see, July 6th. He's been very, very prone to estrogenic side effects, his entire

exposure to anabolic. He's always had to deal with using exorbitant amounts of aromatase

inhibitors in order to keep his gynecomasia at bay, which is obviously terrible for you long term.

And he was fully aware of that.

So we took a very, very smart stance and decided to get the glands removed entirely, which was

honestly like a blessing in disguise in my opinion. We talked about this on my podcast that we had

with them recently where he literally had his estrogen crushed to undetectable levels essentially

perpetually because if he let it like climb up at all it would start to give his gyno you know

start to get sensitive and then he would crush it again with a remodex and he would keep his

estrogen like single digit all the way down to undetectable long term to a point where I wouldn't be surprised and he speculates this too that it may have led to his bicep terror or at least been a compounding factor on top.

It certainly didn't fucking help.

So to me this could be a blessing in disguise after all because long term, that would have fucked up his heart bad.

Constantly inhibiting aromatase is going to be one of the most cardiotoxic things you could be doing,

as well as neurotoxic, as well as so many different things in your, like the amount of depression you would get even,

just from being deprived of estrogen your entire life
