Hey, everybody, it's Chris, and I'm back with another interview for you. And today, it's Joe

Cross, the legend himself, the Aussie legend.

Well, that's very quiet, Chris. Joe is a friend of mine, and I've wanted to interview him for a

long time. And now it's the perfect opportunity to do it because he's got a lot of fun stuff

to talk about.

But if you don't know or if you haven't seen, he made a documentary film called Fat, Sick and

Nearly Dead.

And when was that?

2011?

Well, it came out in 2011, Chris.

But as you know, making a movie takes a few years and the journey

began for me in 2007, a full four years before launch date.

Wow.

Okay.

I didn't realize that.

But it's a great documentary and it's about Joe's journey, uh, juicing on a juice fast traveling

across the United States with a juicer

in the back of his car. And it's just great. And so Joe, man, good to see you.

You too, Chris. Made it's always great to see you. Last time we were together was Los Angeles,

I believe. We were over there at a conference together and it was great to, great to meet in person

and big fan of your work, big fan of the change and the impact that you're having to so many
