0:07.6

real results. What can entertainment and comedy teach us about the world of health? In today's show we have a special one with the listener who got in touch with us

sometime last year. He has an incredible story. His name is Jeff Beecher. He's become a friend and long story short here we go after years of

In today's show with Jeff, you'll hear his journey of shedding unastonishing 200 plus pounds as well as losing more than 20 pounds during lockdown,

1:51.2

we've been getting a lot of hate, but a lot of love too. And it's been so inspiring hearing from people like you, Melanie,

1:57.5

and others, you know who you are, who you know, I go out on a limb and maybe say something that you may or may not believe in,

2:04.8

but then I get flamed where people try to cancel me and you have my back. And I am so thankful for you

2:10.3

because if you didn't have my back, it can be crushing, getting some of this. So similar in a similar way with Sean

2:15.8

and other creators, like we're all out there right now kind of taking heat for different reasons and different ways

2:22.5

and the more that we can get together and be non-judgmental about what's going down.

2:27.8

The more likely it is that we'll succeed and come through this stronger. So when we did that show on ABC TV,
