two-year anniversary of the World Health Organization's declaration of COVID-19 as a global

pandemic. And as we've been talking about at great length in recent episodes, many of the things

that we've come to associate with being in the pandemic are coming to an end, despite the

fact that we are clearly still in a pandemic with cases at a pretty high level to be

rolling back masking. And the impetus for these recent shifts is less to be rolling back masking.
