What comes into my head are primarily two things and one is being in the scriptures

not not to well I don't know just to be in the scriptures,

whether that's just opening up the Bible to wherever,

what you have for me Jesus and reading,

reading truth or it's doing a Bible study which is not doesn't feel like

duty it feels like nourishing my soul just but really diving it in and

actually having key verses and writing them down.

It just feels like food and nourishment.
