I'm memorialized in many articles that are prominent and I'm happy that those are there

because it gives credence to my story and then I'm not called a bullshitter. They'll just like,

wait, that's really true. People get so worked up in the comments. Like everyone has their own

So these are these little like they're a mental performance like booster. And it's like these match energy shots. There's one right there if you want to try it. Yeah. I've been doing it. I keep these in the fridge for our podcast guest now and it's, you know, it's just, I take this before we film an episode because we're doing these longer episodes than five a week. Yummy. I always make fun of people that go to Duncan at the airport. Well, you go to the airport. I spend a lot of time in airports. Yeah, I travel a lot too. And if you ever see the people that, like, stand in line for like 45 minutes, like 50 people deep just to get like a Dunkin' Donuts coffee, I just wonder like, who are these people? They're like robots. I always order ahead on Starbucks. Oh, can you do that? Yeah, you can do it. I do it because I switched. I hop ship from Dunk. I don't go to Duncan, anymore. I go to Starbucks. Okay. Hop ship and I just, I order in advance. Oh, you know, I've actually, I know of a pilot that does that. I need to do that because...

You beat the lines...

The lines are freaking crazy at the airport. And they prioritize, for whatever reason. I saw TikTok about this the other day, but these places prioritize that mobile orders faster than they do the actual people waiting in line. That's good to know. Yeah. I need to start doing that. If there's a line around the corner and you get there and you order mobily, your order's going to be done before you waiting normally in the line. Okay. Fair enough. I'll start doing that. Yeah. So, Ben, where are you from? Where did you grow up? I grew up. I was born in Beverly Hills, California.

And I grew up in West Los Angeles.

I lived there for 15 years and moved to Palis Verdes, which is a slightly more affluent

neighborhood in Los Angeles.
