I think when you have a people-based business, if you don't understand how disproportionate culture is,

I think you'll lose. And what I mean by losing is there's unbelievable amounts of businesses out there

that are winning financially that don't have good culture. It's not good, it's anxious, doesn't need to be toxic,

it's just not great, it's like a job, it's like whatever. You know, for me, those companies are

missing out on top line revenue and profit. I'm telling all of them get everyone feeling safe,

accountable but happy place.
