0:44.0	This is what my company is doing right now this very second. Today is August 11th. And as you can see,
0:50.2	we have closed almost $39,000 worth of wholesale fees. We're at seven deals for the month,
0:57.3	so we're not quite at the one per day pace that I want to get to, but that's where it currently
1:02.0	stands. And if you head on over to opportunities, you can see all the current deals we're working on.
1:06.7	So the first one here is new contracts. And so these new contracts are properties that we just locked up.
1:12.6	We need photos before we can start marketing them to wholesale.
1:15.6	So there's four properties right there.
1:17.6	Then we have five properties that we are currently marketing.
1:20.6	So we have pictures and we do not have buyers on these.
1:23.6	Then as you can see, we have a need to cancel.
1:26.6	So we're coming up on our due diligence period. We have not been able to find a buyer and so see, we have a need to cancel. So we're coming up on our due
