Welcome everyone. This is a very random idea, but I think a very cool idea to have so many

different people on one Zoom call. Extremely diverse. Of course, I have my mother, Alakabam.

I have Karen Wazin, who has one of the strongest online presences, or presence actually, in

the Arab world, and I think now it's quite global. Actually, she's an entrepreneur, so that's

actually a cool thing for me and Gary. Gary V, of course, I don't need to introduce

you. I think you're a mogul. Now, I think completely an international personality that

every human being who's trying to do something that they're passionate about or want to get

his life rolling. I think they see you as somebody who they can relate to. So I thought,

mixing all of us together would be an interesting thing. The topic is mainly about 2021 versus

2020. I have very few questions because I think all of you are great speakers. So I'm going

to ask them and then we can just discuss together and we can give different opinions. So to

kick off, I know that 2020 was a slap to the whole world. It was really something that

you never maybe prepare or expect, but it came and it came as a universal problem, not

a continental or a local problem or not a nationality issue. So it's like everybody

was in the same issue all around the world at the same time. So yes, it was difficult,

but at the same time, we can't deny that there were learnings and things that we got

out of, especially if you can manage to see the half full part of the glass.
