Summary

Today's decaf brew is all about saying goodbye to diet culture and saying hello to true self-love and acceptance. If you're tired of feeling like you need to change your body to accept or love yourself, you're not alone. The messaging is everywhere, but that doesn't mean we have to accept it. Be fearless enough to throw away any opinion of how you should look that isn’t rooted in your own sense of self-acceptance and love. Stop giving your authentic power away by trying to look "sexier" for men or "goals" to fellow women. Let's collectively make our GLOW our GOAL ✨ Also, come hangout and chat on the Koze discord: https://discord.gg/eupcANt Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
