That's why I don't make my content centered around doing what I do. I don't want people to feel

like you have to eat like I do or exercise like I do or maintain a routine like I do because

my circumstances are very

different than yours. We all live different lives. But I do understand there's value in hearing

how I personally make decisions in my own life. So I decided to record this episode to discuss

more about that. And to give you some context, I recently turned 38 years

old. I am 6'1, about 200 to 205 pounds on average. That can fluctuate a little bit throughout

the year, depending on various things, depending on stress, depending on lifestyle, if I'm vacationing and things like that.

But generally speaking, I maintain about a 200 pound weight, have for a long time.

So I've been living this lifestyle for quite a long time over a decade, almost 20 years now of
