It's not sexy and fun to talk about but I'm going to make it fun and we're going to do this because burnout not is very common to happen. You know hustle culture tells us to keep working and to not stop and to not sleep and to be over-stimulated with our phones and

over-caffinated with coffee and we are being inundated with this message in the motivational

space to keep working, keep working harder, don't stop, don't sleep, you don't have

time to take care of yourself because you have hashtag goals. And I'm kind of sick of it because it's ultimately what led

me to adrenal fatigue. I pushed myself way too hard not only emotionally when it came to work and

building my business but I also went too far when it came to being healthy quote

unquote and it's interesting because when I was in the worst of it

I thought that I was super healthy.

I thought that two a days at the gym was super healthy. I just thought that more is better and that was my mentality at the time.

Now years later at 31 I believe that self-care is productive and I think it's actually necessary to be successful.

You know, this whole sleep when you're dead culture is ridiculous because I don't know about

I'm definitely not one of those people who could ever be a surgeon and

survive on four hours of sleep a night and you know this about me. You know this
