Summary
I still remember the worst heartbreak of my life.
I remember thinking I'd never feel okay again. I remember searching for answers. And I remember realizing that knowing what to do isn't the same as actually living through it.
Over time, I discovered a handful of things that genuinely changed the way I healed. Not because they made the pain disappear overnight, but because they helped me stop making an already painful experience even harder.
In this week's episode, I share the five things that got me through one of the hardest periods of my life, and the lessons I still come back to whenever I'm helping someone through heartbreak.
If you're going through heartbreak right now, or you're still carrying one from years ago, I hope this gives you a little hope, a little perspective, and reminds you that healing is possible.
