Summary

Robin Switzer discovered the Low Carb & Ketogenic Diet after many years of struggle with pre-diabetes, PCOS, depression, anxiety, food addiction and disordered eating. As a result of following a low carb diet, Robin lost 60 pounds. After transitioning to a Ketogenic diet and then a Keto-carnivore diet, she has eliminated all of her health issues.
