This episode covers all of the changes I made in my nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle to completely transform my health. Everyone’s journey is so unique, which is why it’s important to do what works best for YOUR body. I went from feeling like a stranger in my own body to feeling empowered, and in control of my health. Although there are a lot of changes I made to improve my hormone health, I was able to find joy through the process, which is what led to long term results. One of them being that my definition of wellness has just changed so much over time.

I used to think there was going to be this moment that I finally had arrived or achieved wellness.

And then I came across this quote from Brianna Weist that really just sums up the mindset shift

And this was just so beautifully said because I feel like oftentimes it can be easy for us to
