I had failed as a realtor.

Baseball was now in my mind over.

And I'm like literally, I have no idea what to do with my life.

It was not flipping houses that was the smartest thing I did.

It was social media.

So for anyone listening, trust me, it's a foundational piece, but

You know, you've done a lot of flipping and you teach that. I know you teach the flipping in the wholesaling which is a fantastic way you know if you're listening or watching and you need to make some some quick cash you know a lot of people progress from that into buying cash flowing real estate like you did.

That's literally my power.

Yeah, exactly.

You start with the flipping wholesaling, you build up some cash,

maybe you buy some smaller stuff, you buy a 10 unit, 20 unit,

whatever.

The first one was a 10 unit.

There you go, and then you go into the larger stuff.

So talk about some of the hurdles that you had to overcome when you, I mean you're a hustler, I mean you're very, very driven, but speak to the ones you know the people that are

listening or watching that maybe you're a little afraid of this and maybe

help them by talking about some of the overcoming any fear that you may have had or any hurdles that you had when you first got started.

Well, I'll tell you like I became a realtor in 2010 and I didn't do my first slip until 2015.

So you would think dude like you're a realtor. and I didn't do my first slip until 2015.

So you would think, dude, like you're a realtor,

you understand how to flip, but you don't.

So literally for five years, I wasted time.
