Isha's company is pretty young. It's only been around for about 19 months, and she describes Bosse Cosmetics as a female empowerment company masquerading as a makeup company.

Tell me the story. I mean, you were in finance. I know you grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and you studied a Cornell, and you were in finance for like two decades.
