Tuesday. I woke up Wednesday like all of you did to the news that Senator

Sanders went into the hospital to have a heart procedure. We wish him the

healthiest and speediest recovery. I'm sure

he'll be back on the campaign trail very soon. So this is an overview from FAS

about their pathway to the nomination and how they see the 2020 race. Thank you.

Well, welcome to Campaign HQ. It's October 3rd. We're deep in impeachment land and so I think

this week, next week, as far as the eye can see, a lot of the focus is going to be on the

impeachment proceedings and inquiry.

We learned this week that now Australia has been brought into the Trump conspiracy, so, and

it I think extra interesting in this presidential race because we have so many sitting senators who are running for president so if this and does in fact move to a trial on the Senate

They're both going to have to be there so they can't be in Iowa but those will be moments for them

potentially to capture people's imagination. My view on impeachment though is

it's far too early to know what kind of an effect that will have next November.
