0:47.4	Sure, yeah, it's the Art of Desire retreat and this is a three day immersion in the concepts of materials that are a part of my
0:59.3	women's self and sexuality development course and so it's a group of about 60 women and it's just a remarkable experience is probably my very favorite thing to do because we're able to kind of take a deep dive in each of these life-changing
1:16.6	concepts. You know, for those who have taken the course or you hear me talk on the podcast that they're kind of like an entirely different way to think and the thing I love about the retreat is that it gives you more time to kind of metabolize and make sense of some of these ideas.

1:38.4	around meals and in the evenings.
1:42.0	And so anyway, it's just a it's a three day event that has gourmet food and exercise and meditation and all the instruction of course a movie night and it's great and you really do see this kind of
