So tell us about what that was like getting started, your journey. How long did you go from education to taking action and picking up the phone? Yeah, absolutely. So thanks everybody. Thanks for having me. Jerry, actually, I always wanted to meet you because you were one of my very, very first introduction to real estate or wholesaling in general. So definitely appreciate the time. So real quick about me, my name is Omar Mohammed. I had a full-time job for eight years, |
| 0:55.0 | but it just wasn't enough, you know, like it was a pretty good job, |
| 0:58.5 | getting paid 100 plus K. |
| 1:00.3 | But I worked so hard in this country to become an American citizen |
| 1:04.4 | to reach freedom, but I find out so quick, |
| 1:07.1 | you can't really have freedom if you still have a full-time job. |
| 1:11.6 | And this is something that bugged me along the way coming back from visiting my family back |
| 1:16.6 | in Cairo, Egypt, where I'm from originally. |
| 1:18.6 | And I knew I came to American A Dream, but to achieve that dream, you need a vehicle or something |

| 1:26.6 | So long story short, I start looking up on how to get rich, just basic rich stuff. And somebody was like, hey, man, you're pretty good at sales. Why don't you get in wholesaling real estate? I was like, what does that mean? He was like, just find out boarded up properties. That's all what you got to do. So I took that word from him. |
| 1:46.1 | That's all what he told me. And I went home and to start Googling and looking up YouTube. |
| 1:50.4 | And before you know it, Jerry Norden comes up. I was like, okay, this guy seems like he knows a little |
| 1:55.9 | bit more than just what that guy told me. So I'll start watching. So start watching Jerry for two weeks straight. |

| 2:04.7 | Thank God I'm not in that shape anymore for two years ago. |
