All right, Ray, well I am excited to have you on. is going to be I think one of the best

podcast so far because I've literally watched you start from the bottom and go

to the top. No I appreciate appreciate you having me, dude, and you know, what a great, I mean I don't even know what the word I'm looking for is,

but that's a high praise for a guy who hasn't set a word on this podcast yet, you're saying, you think this is going to be one of the best ones so I really appreciate it dude and by no means do I think I'm at the top like you just claim but I appreciate where the compliment comes from for sure.

Yeah, so I think a lot of people are going to be able to just relate and learn from your story.

We both have a lot of similarities, we're both Puerto Rican, both came up under Ryan, both a part of Future Flipper.

So I guess for people who don't know you, I guess can you give everyone a little bit of your

backstory?

So my name is Ray, and there's like four cameras here,

Anyway, so again my name is Ray Rodriguez. I'm currently 22 years old

I'm primarily a wholesaler. I also do some fix and flips and I am just now starting to buy rental properties.

I started it. This is my second year in business and it took me nine months to finally close on my first deal.

Nine months of hard work to make three grand.

Could have made more money flipping patties at McDonald's.
