Hughes Model doing almost 1.8 million in gross revenue in 2025 in a single market,

Hugh operated at an 80% margin.

That is phenomenal.

That's not only above industry standard.

That's way above industry standard.

Hugh is accomplishing what most people say is impossible and is what is certainly

unheard of what he's accomplished in his wholesale business.

So first and foremost, I want to congratulate you, Hugh, for being such a rock star for

leading the way to show that you really can scale a multimillion dollar business

that is a low overhead high margin business model. And that right there, that idea, I prescribe to

100%. I would rather run a lean operation that has low overhead where I take home most of the

money than the opposite, where I've got tons of employees, tons of overhead, tons of pressure and stress, payroll, a monster to feed just to keep the lights on. I don't know how you wake up excited about that because it doesn't align with lifestyle. These may be things right now where you're thinking yourself, well, Jerry, I'm just trying to get my first deal, you know, or dude, I'm running everything and I'm just trying to go from two deals to three deals a month.

Whatever phase you're at, I get that. I want you to look past that right now on this interview with Hugh. I want you to think about where you want to be in a year, two years, five years.

Because if your plan is to make this a real business in any sense, you need to start

dollar wholesale operation where I don't jeopardize lifestyle, where I take home as much of that as I can.

I'm continually growing, developing, providing value, but I'm not shrinking my net profit and working harder because that's not a good tradeoff either. For me, I don't know about everybody else, but you could say to me, let me show you how to make a million dollars more a year, but you're going to have to work a lot more to get it. I'm not interested. That's easy. I can always work harder and make more money. The genius I'm trying to figure out is how do I work less and make more money?

It sounds like a contradiction, but I want to work less and make more.
