Thank you so much for coming on the podcast.

I'm really excited to speak with you.

Thank you. Yeah. So there's a lot that we can get into.

And I don't know how much biographical information that you would like to share. Like, because there's

what you experienced in the past, there's what you do now. And I think all of it informs each other.

So maybe can we just start by me asking you the before the prison part? Can I ask that?

I mean, I'm just curious to know what your relationship with, with spirituality, with meditation, with, you know, energy work, all of the stuff that you are

deeply invested in today. What was your relationship with that kind of stuff before you went to

prison? Yeah, I think we kind of live in a world, at least a country that's very intellectualized.

So everything is kind of up here. And so I learned all of that stuff up here without

actually embodying it here. Which is classic adolescence, by the way. I think that's, you know,

universally an adolescent experience. But yes, continue. No, yeah. And, you know, it's, it's, I do a lot of

inner child work and a lot of reflection and a lot of

meditation and I have a lot of compassion for my younger self because he just didn't grow up in an

environment that was talking about these things, right? Like, you know, I graduated college in 2010

before therapy was sort of a trending conversation. And so I just didn't have

the emotional wherewithal. I didn't have, you know, it wasn't in therapy. I didn't really

understand why I had all this stuff going on. And so when I studied religious studies, I was
