0:47.9	But Ben, I think Gun Owners is doing some of the best work in this space. And there are other lobby groups that specify, you know, they have a pretty narrow, narrow thing that they do.
1:00.0	But Gun Owners of America does a lot.
1:01.9	You're doing a lot locally here in Tennessee.
1:03.6	You're doing a lot nationally in the courts.
1:06.5	So can you tell us a little bit about some of the stuff that's happening on the national sphere specifically, and then I'm sure we'll get into a bunch of stuff?
1:15.9	Well, first off, Isaac, I want to say thank you for having me. It was really great to meet you all those years ago and to be on the show is awesome.
1:23.7	Yeah. So my family has been involved with GA for a long time. Actually, before we
1:29.6	get into the nitty-gritty, how did you start at GA? When did you begin and how did you get
1:34.0	into this work? It's kind of funny. I've been a gun owner since I was about 18, and I really
1:41.1	didn't get into the lobbying side until about halfway through college.
1:45.9	When I'm local to the area, so the Northern Virginia area, and I realized, hey, I need a internship, and none of the other places were really all that interesting.
1:55.8	I looked at being a congressional intern or looked at a different lobby group and it just wasn't exciting or
2:02.3	necessary fulfilling for me and then i found gun owners of america and it's funny i actually uh
2:08.3	private messaged my current boss on lincoln and i'm like hey do you guys have any internship
