O Lord of hosts, God of Israel,

enthroned above the cherubim,

you are the God, you alone.

Of all the kingdoms of the earth,

and you have made heaven and earth.

So incline your ear, O Lord, and hear,

open your eyes, O Lord, and see.

Let's begin by reciting God's goodness, praising him for who he is and for what he's done.

Oh God, you are the king of the universe. You reign over the entire world. All the kingdoms of

the earth bow down to you. All the nations of the earth are under your reign

and one day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that jesus christ is lord to the glory of god

the father so god you you made us.

We are your people.

And you care enough to listen to us and to see us.

Our distress does not go unnoticed.

So thank you for being such a loving father that we can bring our request to you and that you care for us.
