I want to talk to you about how the Holy Spirit speaks through dreams and visions.

Here's what we're going to cover.

What is the purpose of visions and dreams? How can you tell if your vision or dream is from God? How much emphasis

should we put in visions or dreams? Biblically speaking, when are visions and dreams most likely

to manifest? We're going to be covering

these and more. I know that you're very hungry to hear from the Holy Spirit and you desire to have

encounters in his presence. And it's important that when having encounters with the Holy Spirit,

that we ground ourselves in the Word so that we're relying not only on emotion,

not just on experience,

but relying upon the truth, the foundation of the Word.

So let's go to the Scripture.

Number one, the first point we're addressing here,

are visions and dreams biblical?

Acts chapter 2, verses 17 and 18 say this. In the last days, God says,

I will pour out my spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your young men

will see visions and your old men will dream dreams. In those days, I will pour out my spirit,

even on my servants, men and women alike, and they
