It's very interesting because as people have decoupled from their workplaces and many of you have decided that you want to work remotely.

And you bought sprinter vans, and you've gone on the road, and you've got your own Wi-Fi, and you take a quick spit shower in the Denny's restroom.

And you've called it a life.

You think you're great, you're settled,

you don't want to work in a corporate environment, that's fine. You know who does want to work?

Gen Xers and baby boomers. You know who's not going to retire for probably another 30 years?

Gen Xers and baby boomers. So we have sharp elbows growing up fans of roller derby,

and we are about to elbow your keysters out of the way. Things are not looking up for you,

youngens, because we are about to come up your arse with a meritocracy, hard work, a work ethic, and a desire to make as much cash as we can until we're spinning in our graves because you have ruined the world. So this is an

actual phenomenon because so many younger workers, they want perks, they want to be stroked. They want days off.
