you're like oh my I'm I gonna buy more real estate am I gonna go buy something fun

what are we doing here and I was pleasantly surprised at how low the startup cost was because I just had it kind of mentally in my head,

hey if this if I can open these stores for less than 100 grand again I was thinking of the

UPS franchise where I'm like I I'm going to save myself $150,000,

and it literally was less than $60,000.

And looking back, there are definitely some line items I didn't have to do

Thank you so much for having me again. Good to see you. I appreciate you coming on. You were just out in Vegas this

morning and now you're out here. What are you doing out here in San Diego? You guys had a busy day it sounds like.

Yes, so just really stacked at full of meetings in the morning. We stopped by Firestorm

headquarters. They are a 3D printing drone company that my

B.C. firm the Veteran Fund has invested in and they're

headquartered right here in San Diego. They're about 20 minutes north of

where we are right now and stopped by their

headquarters today, got to see what they're working on and their 3D printing machines, the whole thing.

It's really amazing. And then popped over to Park Place Mail which is an independent

mailbox store run by one of my students Ethan and his business partner Thor and that's

up in northern San Diego and it was awesome just to

pop around and now we're here. Yeah I'm super excited to dig into the mailbox stuff
