host Mike Milner and we've got a lot to cover today. Man, I am coming off a weekend.

I record this on Monday, even though this doesn't come out until Wednesday, but coming

off a weekend where Mel and I did a cool little drink tasting thing in the city in Philadelphia

for our wedding, which is in July. And so what they do is they set us up and allowed us to pick a signature cocktail, which meant that we had to sample like eight different drinks.

So you can imagine how that played out it was a lot of fun and we

ultimately landed on a cocktail that I think is absolutely delicious. I used to

bartend so I have a little bit of knowledge but it's been a long time

bartended for like 10 years but I'm a little rusty so anyway, we landed on this drink which has

a citrus vodka, lime, a little bit of simple syrup,

Saint Germain, and muddled strawberries. shake it up and it is absolutely delicious.

And so we were trying to think of a name for the signature cocktail.

I want to hear if our name is adorable or really stupid.

We met at a small little local gym

called 3D Fitness, which is no longer here.

That was where I started as a trainer.

Mel was one of my clients with a group of women

that I used to train like in a small group at 5 a.m.

Every single morning, and I used to curse them out every single morning because who

the fuck trains at 5 a.m. And at that time I was also bartending so you can

imagine I would get home super late like 233 a.m. I would get home super late like 2.33 a.m. I would basically sleep for an hour, hour and a half and I would stroll into the gym and I would curse out these women. Of course not to their faces until we became friendly and then it was to their faces but anyway so the gym was called 3D fitness

So we wanted to pay tribute to the first place that we met so we're calling the drink
