And a lot of the messaging around us, aside from just sort of generally being built to separate us from our money, is also often teaching us extremely bad and untrue narratives about the way we live and the things we buy.

And one of those most corrupted narratives is a subject that we've talked about

several times on the channel, but I think is always worth revisiting,

especially in a consumer landscape that is getting increasingly unethical and

The way that we shop for clothes, how many clothes we

own, how long we own our clothes for, all of these things have radically changed over the past

decades and the past hundred or so years. But especially in the past decade or so, we have

seen a kind of hyper- normalization of this fast fashion landscape
