Stephanie, I want to talk about all the work you're doing, but I feel like we can't talk about the work that you were doing without talking about the personal experiences you've had that have really led you to this theory of change. So I want you to take me back. What is it you remember about growing up in Columbia?

I moved here when I was 10. So for me, it was a very hard experience to have to leave my home

and be forced out because that's essentially what happened.

My dad, his life was threatened, unfortunately, and within two weeks, our life completely changed.
