Today, we are going to talk about how Eric, how I am preparing for 2022.

So how are you preparing Eric?

So I have a couple of things written down here.

So similar to Neil, just to get a little more specific, we do an annual planning.

And so we kind of operate off of this Frankenstein methodology.

So there's a book called Traction that's entrepreneur's operating system, but you start to feel

that once you get to a certain size, really beyond, for sure, it starts to break around

eight figures or so, but even beyond kind of 5 million or so, you start to find that it's

a good operating system for businesses, but you need a little more than that.

So we started to put together, we use the traction system, we use the OKR methodology.
