Welcome to Office Hours. I'm David Meltzer. We're here at the Sirius XM Studios live in Las Vegas at the

win. We are blessed to have an incredible entrepreneur. This guy's early in his career, but he has

0:11.4

already figured it out, in my opinion. He's the chief revenue office at the incredible company called

fan bases. Norfitte, welcome to office hours. So happy to be here. Good to see you again, David.

Great to see you. The one thing I love about fan bases and the leadership that you have there

0:27.6

is that a lot of businesses aren't what it appears to be. And there is a bigger picture behind

1:30.4

like payment processing, but really it came down to how can we transform the tools that power,

1:36.7

how digital entrepreneurs and online businesses run their business and make more money. And so we

1:42.3

developed essentially this one-stop shop platform for anybody that's

1:46.2

running an online business or service-based business, people that are selling info or digital products,

1:50.8

people that are selling courses, think online coaches or business mentors, with a heavy focus on payment

1:57.6

processing, but there's a load of other tools so that they can run their entire business out of it, everything from courses to communities to webinars. A lot of that,

2:04.7

we believe, is outdated technology. So it really wasn't just about modernizing just the idea
