I'm really excited about today's training

because it has been way too long

since we did a takeaway slash asking you anything.

But why don't we get started with a true blessing,

which is if you wouldn't mind sharing your takeaway

for the month of April?

Yeah, you know, it was an amazing month,

but I think my biggest takeaway was in my study of the ego, you know,

always trying to study the categorization between what am I doing today, according to the

circumstances that today in a divine direction of where I think I want to be and align the meaning

of my past. But I came upon an epiphany about the ego in the categorization of, hey, is this aligned

with where I want to be or better, or is this interfering with it, to understand the evolution

of the ego?

And so my takeaway is involving how the ego has evolved with its purpose, which is to, one, defend, two, control, and three,

prove. Whenever we're in an activity that's defending ourselves, if it's controlling something

in an uncontrollable uncertain world, or trying to prove something to ourselves or somebody else, we're evoking the ego. We are in an uncontrollable, uncertain world, or trying to prove something to ourselves or somebody else.

We're evoking the ego.

We are in an activity that's interfering with

where we want to be or better.

But the evolution of the ego within the context

of defending itself, controlling itself,

and proving itself lies the fact that it started by defending, proving, controlling itself and proving itself, lies the fact that it started by defending, proving,
