Summary

In today’s episode, I sit down with Dr. Grant Elliott, founder of Rehab Fix and one of the leading voices in movement-based recovery for chronic back pain. We talk about why lower back pain has become the world’s leading disability, and how stress, sleep, mindset, movement, and daily habits all contribute to the problem. Dr. Elliott explains why so many outdated treatment models still dominate modern healthcare, why most people can recover without surgery, and how belief plays a major role in healing. We also discuss scaling an online health business, mentoring providers around the world, and helping people regain confidence after years of chronic pain and discouraging diagnoses.
