host Mike Milner and today this is a fun topic for me because it actually was brought about from a conversation I had with somebody and it is a topic that I've discussed a lot on here, but I never actually got into the details. And what I'm talking about is why and how eating more can actually help you get leaner. So I was having a conversation with somebody who was eating like 1,400 calories per day

for the last year and she's been stuck and she didn't understand
