I mean, he's been there for so long and he's a guy that, I mean, he's got tremendous respect,

obviously amongst the players and everything else.

But he's so creative.

He's dynamic.

He puts players in a great position.

I've never been around an offensive coordinator that spends as much time getting you prepared for a game. And it's the minute details that a lot of guys just overlook. But he's incredible in that sense. And he's also understanding to the fact that, hey, certain players might not like certain things.
